What becomes invisible when society teaches us to call it normal?
The WORLD path examines how events, language, institutions, collective identities and historical conditions shape what appears obvious, inevitable or justified. It asks how judgement changes when we move from isolated facts to processes, causes, structures and the assumptions hidden inside the word “we”.
THE FIRST DISTINCTION
WHAT IS ≠ WHAT MUST BE
Think of one social condition people often describe as “normal”. Then ask:
- What exactly is the fact?
- What interpretation has been added to it?
- Which causes or structures remain invisible?
- Who benefits when this condition appears inevitable?
The world becomes examinable when the normal stops being self-justifying.

Separate the event from the meaning assigned to it.

Examine the words through which the event is framed.

Ask which institutions, interests and collective assumptions shape what appears possible.
