A. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is required. Download instructions are sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at e.philopub@gmail.com.

B. Printed Books

Shipped by EPHILO Printed editions are shipped from Cyprus via Cyprus Post with a tracked delivery service. Available destinations and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country and postal service.

C. EPHILO Objects — Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

EPHILO Objects are made to order and fulfilled by specialised print-on-demand production partners. Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, destination and available production location. Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Products from different categories or production locations may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery estimates may be affected by production capacity, customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.
